SCE and SHVT consist of the following administrative departments: the School Office, Office of Teaching Affairs, Office of Self-taught Examination Traning Program, and Office of Student Affairs with Zhou Zirong as the secretary of the general Party branch and dean of SCE and SHVT,Wang Wei as the vice secretary of the general Party branch and vice dean of SCE and SHVT, and Gu Hanzhan as the vice dean of SCE and SHVT.
